Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Here's a photo of a pair of Ash-throated Flycatchers, taken at my back yard in Portal, on the east side of the Chiricahua Mountains in southeast Arizona. I used the Canon 7D MK II camera and 500 f/4 MK II prime lens and the camera exif is ISO 200, f/8 @ 1/1500 sec.
The "great outdoors" has always been an important part of my life, even though I was born, raised and have a mailing address in Los Angeles' busy port town of San Pedro. I've hiked the country lanes and paths of Great Britain, bike toured thorough Europe for 6 months, backpacked in the Sierra Nevada, and "truck camped" around the western US for weeks at a time, taking in the scenery and places of solitude. I worked at a Kaiser hospital for 34 years, then retired in 2013 at age 56 and hit the road, living in my travel trailer; I’ve been on the road now since June 2013 and plan to keep on living with no fixed address for at least another 2 years. Thanks Chisann! I'm luck to live in an area (SE Arizona) which is known worldwide as one of the premier bird areas of North America. It's where I take most of the bird photos that are on my site .And many of them were taken in my back yard as was the Ash-throated Flycatchers photo.
